Pool 4 Member Parties

All Parties with 15 or more guests may be subject to additional lifeguard fees.

The form below can be used to schedule parties with fewer than 40 guests.

Notice: Special terms apply to parties with 40 or more guests:
* Deposit of $100 will be required for party reservations.
* Party reservations must be done in person and deposit provided before a date will be reserved.
* Deposit will be returned in full if cancelled 7 or more days prior to the date of the party.
* Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event.
* No exceptions i.e. for rainy days, cold days, or overcast days.
* Only exception of cancellation will be lightening.
* Deposit check will be returned to the member once the party is concluded and paid for.
